Mississippi State University Launches Conerly Lecture Series

Mr. Lamar Conerly is proud to announce that the Mississippi State University (MSU) is launching the Lamar Conerly Governance Forum with an address by author and former reporter Mr. Curtis Wilkie on November 17. Mr. Wilkie  is likely best known for “The Fall of the House of Zeus: The Rise and Fall of America’s Most Powerful Trial Lawyer.” Released in 2011, it tells the story of the federal investigation, arrest, trial and conviction of one of Mississippi’s most famous attorneys Richard F. “Dickie” Scruggs.

Lamar Conerly is a partner with Conerly, Bowman and Dykes LLP and a graduate from MSU. He is a huge supporter of MSU and is a former national MSU Alumni Association president. Mr. Conerly also was honored in 2004 as an Alumni Fellow of the College of Business.
